In the Matter of the Changing of the Names of Joe Leja; Mary Leja, his wife, George Leja, William Leja, Henry Leja, their sons; and Pauline Leja, their daughter.

The above entitled matter came on for hearing before the Court at Chambers on the Tenth (10th) day of February, 1920, and the above named petitioners, a1 and each of them, and J. R. Smith and Frank J. Lowey, identifying those parties appearing as the parties named in said petition, appearing personally before the Court, and D. H. Fullerton, Esq., appearing in behalf of the petitioners, showing among other things that. a duly verified petition setting forth among other things, that out of the above named petitioners Mary Leja claim title in her simple in the following described lands in the country of Crow Wing and the State of Minnesota,

To-wit:

The north one-half (1/2) of the center one third (1/3) of the northeast quarter (1/4), being Lot ten (10) of Block ninety-eight (98), in the town, now city, of Brainerd, according to the certified plat thereof on file and of record in the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Crow Wing and the State of Minnesota. had been filed with the clerk of asid Court, and the Court, being farther and fully advised in all things concerning this matter, did on the tenth(10^th) day of February 1920, make and order its judgment therein

Now, THEREFORE, pursuant to said order and On motion of D. H. Fullerton, Esq. , petitioners' attorney. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that the name Of the petitioner, Joe Leja, hereby after shall be, and the same hereby is changed to, Joe Lake; that the name of the petitioner, Mary Leja, hereafter shall be, Mary Lake; that the name of the minor named in said petition, George Leja, hereafter shall be, and the name changed to George Lake, that the name of the minor named in said petition, William Leja, hereafter shall be, and the same here by is changed to William Lake; that the name of the minor name in said petition, Henry Leja, hereafter shall be, and the same hereby is changed to, Henry Lake; and that the name of the minor named in said petition, Pauline Leja, hereafter shall be, and the same hereby is changed to, Pauline Lake.
